Returns & Refunds Policy

At VVSdrop, every product is made-to-order exclusively for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos of the defective/damaged item.

    • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out, or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Order Issues & Mistakes

We work with trusted print partners to ensure quality. However, if an order is lost in transit or arrives with significant defects, we will take care of it.
